The Grief-Tending Journey
Grief is something most of us are taught to hide. We stuff it down, keep moving, and try to shape ourselves into something “functional” for the world—while quietly breaking inside.
Era of Bloom is an invitation to do something different.
Grief Tending is a slow, embodied approach to grief that honors your pace and your story.
We make meaning, seek symbolism and allow ourselves to be lovingly transformed by our very human-heartache.
The Practice
Era of Bloom is a practice; a way of being with grief that invites the raw beauty of its transformative power.
Sessions are currently offered through 1:1 grief coaching and small group Zoom gatherings, creating an intimate and supportive space for grief to be met with care, presence, and guidance.
These sessions are designed to support you as you move through grief at your own pace—learning how to regulate your nervous system, understand and process complex emotions, and reconnect with yourself in the midst of loss.
This is not about fixing grief or rushing through it, but about learning how to tend it so it doesn’t live silently inside you.
